Role as Site Manager/Operation Manager
As Site Manager/Operation Manager, you lead our asphalt paving operations in the Stockholm South region with daily contact with mainly municipalities but also private actors where you are active in both bringing in projects and running them. You plan and coordinate resources, both internal and external, have technical and financial responsibility for production execution and have work environment responsibility. You will work closely with professional staff, driving the business forward and together as a team. You will also work closely with the Area Manager, Operation Specialist and Area Assistant in your work area.

Your profile
We see that you as an applicant have a few years of experience working as a site manager / supervisor or equivalent and we attach great importance to experience in paving operations. To thrive in the role, you need to be confident in the role of leader where you help employees develop and make the team succeed together. For the role, you need to be structured and have a sense of logistics and have a keen interest in achieving efficiency in all projects. You are a problem solver and curious to develop and learn new things with the ability to handle several parallel tasks and thrive on not always knowing what the day has to offer. In addition to running production, you are good at creating customer relationships, seeing business opportunities and managing long-term partnerships. You are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
The position is based in our office in Länna. The service includes travel, so a B-driving license is a requirement. The position is a permanent position and a probationary period may apply.
