The role of experienced Supervisor
As a supervisor, you have an independent and varied job with great personal responsibility. In collaboration with the site manager and supervisor, you plan and lead your part of the project forward, follow up schedules, allocate resources and ensure that we keep our promises. You lead and distribute the ongoing work in production and actively contribute to the technical and financial implementation of the project. You participate in the development of schedules, coordinate your own activities and carry out work preparations together with other employees in the team.
We work in teams where your role in the team is to engage and motivate through participation and in this way achieve the goals and deadlines that are set. You will be part of a team where we challenge ourselves to deliver the best sustainable solutions in an organization with good values and a strong will to succeed.
We are looking for you who have at least three years of practical experience as a Production Supervisor in the construction industry and have relevant education in construction and civil engineering from vocational or higher education. Your approach is characterized by business acumen and you always strive to achieve set goals and profitability in your projects. As a person, you are positive, responsible and orderly, and you are passionate about working in production. You are committed to your work and understand the importance of good cooperation with everyone involved; skilled workers, subcontractors, support functions, customers, other colleagues and managers.
The position is a permanent position with placement at our project office in Västerås, working hours are daytime. In accordance with NCC's safety culture, we conduct background checks on our final candidates.

Supervisor Production Large Projects - Västerås new hospital
NCC has been commissioned to build Västerås new emergency hospital. This is a very large project that will place great demands on planning and implementation, with the complexity that the construction of a hospital entails.
