The role of Supervisor
As a supervisor, you have an independent and varied job with great responsibility. We work in teams where your role in the team is to engage and motivate through participation. NCC's workplaces are characterized by safety, structure, orderliness and a focus on a good working environment.
In collaboration with the site manager, you will plan and lead projects forward, follow up schedules, allocate resources and ensure that we keep our promises. You actively participate in the technical and financial implementation of the project and lead and distribute the ongoing work. You will participate in the development of schedules, coordinate your own activities and carry out work preparations together with other team members. In your role, you work closely with a site manager, which means that you continuously develop in your role and can gradually take on greater responsibility.
The Civil SE West department operates in Gothenburg, Northern Halland, Älvsborg, Bohuslän and Dalsland. The work covers the entire chain, from design and construction to production in land and construction projects. We are about 300 employees and are divided into four production areas and a specialist group.
Your profile
To be successful in the role, you need to have a construction engineering education and/or equivalent work experience. As we are recruiting several supervisors, we are interested in you with several years of experience in the industry but also in you taking your first role as a supervisor.
As a person, you are a team player and have the ability to plan and lead the daily work and create a sense of participation in your team. You are business-minded and driven by creating good results. You are confident and independent in your role and create a good working environment with a high focus on safety and progress. We attach great importance to your personal qualities such as cooperation skills, commitment and drive. It would be an advantage if you have worked on transport authority projects. A B driving license is a requirement for the position.

Further information
The form of employment is full-time, the position is until further notice. You are placed in Gothenburg with the possibility of mobility and will work on our projects throughout our region. Background check will be carried out in accordance with our security culture.
