The position as Supervisor

As a supervisor, you have an independent and varied work with great responsibility. In our team-oriented work environment, your role is to engage and motivate by promoting participation.

In close collaboration with the site manager, you plan and manage the construction projects, allocate resources and document the daily work to ensure that we meet our commitments. You will play an active role in managing and monitoring the work on site, including the control and follow-up of construction equipment, professional staff and subcontractors (UE).

You will participate in the development of schedules, coordinate your own activities and carry out work preparations together with the team. By working closely with the site manager, you will continuously develop in your role and can gradually take on greater responsibility.

NCC's workplaces are characterized by safety, structure, orderliness and a focus on a good working environment.

You will be part of the Land Kiruna unit with Project Manager Jennie Bäckström as your immediate manager.
