The position of Head of Department 
As Head of Department, you have overall responsibility for our operations, which extend over a large geography, from Lidköping to Karlskrona.  

The Southeast Department within Building Sweden has about 160 employees and a turnover of SEK 1.2 billion. The department is prosperous and strives for continued growth, both in terms of turnover and organization and as a department manager you are fully responsible for the budget and results for this. For this reason, it is important that we are visible in the market and work closely with our customers and partners, both in the private and public markets. To thrive and succeed in the assignment, you therefore need to have a genuine interest and commitment to both market and customer perspectives and to leading and developing employees in a large decentralized organization. In the division's management team, you are expected to take an active role in management work. You will also work closely with our other department heads in other business areas within NCC.  

Your profile 
You are a committed and strategic leader with an academic background and with several years in a senior position with your own profit and personnel responsibility in larger businesses.  You are communicative and confident in your leadership role and distinguish yourself by having a high degree of openness and transparency.You enjoy creating long-term customer relationships that lead to profitable business and you have solid experience from the construction or real estate industry.

As a leader within NCC, you are required to support our values - Honesty, Trust and Respect - and understand the importance of working with inclusion and diversity in the organization.

You are fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing.
