We are now looking for a Measurement Manager for projects in Gällivare with expected production start in the summer of 2026!

The position of Measurement Manager

In the role of Measurement Manager, you will lead employees, distribute and be responsible for measurement work in a safe way and within established frameworks for time, quality and budget.The role also includes: 

• Responsible for planning and carrying out surveying work 

• Responsible for carrying out work in his/her area of responsibility according to technical requirements and associated work preparation  

• Manage inspection, measurement and testing equipment 

• Create and review drawings and models 

• Participate in design and, if necessary, tendering process 
• Manage and supervise measurement specialists and technicians. We strive to work in an open and learning culture where everyone shares their experiences and knowledge. For example, we have regular reviews and other forums where you can exchange experiences with colleagues. You also have every opportunity to increase your knowledge through our internal training programs.  

  The position is located in Gällivare.

  NCC Green Industry Transformation is a newly started business area that specializes in complex and large projects in the billions of kronor in infrastructure and industrial projects with a focus on the green industrial projects of the future in Norrbotten and Västerbotten

  Your profile as a Measurement Manager  

  We are looking for you who have several years of experience in leading employees and measurement work and have a post-secondary education in the field, preferably with a focus on measurement technology.  

  You are confident in your leadership, which is characterized by responsibility, technical competence and a desire to contribute to successful projects. You thrive in a role where collaboration is in focus and where you have the opportunity to support and develop your employees.   

  Furthermore, you are careful and committed and you have a strong ability to independently plan and prioritize both your own and others' work.We know that you will develop with us but would like to see that you already have: 

  • Relevant post-secondary education 
  • Knowledge and work experience of leading, supporting and developing employees 
  • Excellent communication skills, good teamwork skills and a drive to see others develop 
  • A proactive approach to development and improvement work 
  • Previous knowledge and work experience in relevant measurement systems
  • Be able to communicate in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing 
  • Have a good mood

  Strong emphasis is placed on your personal qualities for the position.
