Are you the one?

We are now looking for a committed and experienced HR Business Partner for our Civil South/East department. Here you will have the chance to take over an exciting assignment in connection with our current HR BP moving on to new challenges within the group. We believe in close collaboration with the line organization and that you are a natural partner to the business managers and part of the department's management team. The unit has a turnover of approximately SEK 1.7 billion and works in projects mainly in traditional land and construction, but also has specializations in water treatment, industrial properties, sea pipelines and complex concrete jobs. You work operationally in areas such as career and development planning, recruitment, transition, salary issues, rehabilitation and labor law / negotiations. In addition to this, you are responsible for driving more long-term HR issues within the unit and also participate in joint development projects within NCC. You work closely and supportively with our leaders and managers in both the daily and long-term issues of profitability, growth and employees. We have a strong and genuine focus on retaining and developing our employees and you are expected to take an active role in this. The role can also be shaped to some extent based on your personal direction and develop further in this area. We are in an exciting phase with a newly created management team, which provides opportunities to create new ways of working from a solid foundation. You are also part of a network of HR BP colleagues, both within the division and the business area which is Nordic. You support each other and share your knowledge. Within NCC, we also have shared resources and HR specialists in Recruitment, Employer Branding, Skills Development, Work Environment, Labor Law and Compensation & Benefits. You have a university degree with a specialization in human resources and working life issues or another university degree with equivalent experience. If you have worked with both civil servants and professional employees and also have experience from the industrial or construction industry, it would be an advantage for both you and us. You have experience and are confident in meeting managers and employees in various personnel-related situations as you support, challenge and propose solutions.

You are used to working independently, but want to belong to a team, and have the ability to prioritize, drive and complete assignments in a systematic way. You will be expected to take an active role in the management team, showing interest in the needs and circumstances of the whole organization and its staff. Negotiation experience and experience of contractual issues is an advantage, as is experience of change management. You have a good command of spoken and written Swedish and English and are a good communicator."
