HR Business Partner for the industrial projects of the future

The industry's green transition is creating a development that has no equivalent in Swedish history. Huge investments are planned to realize a fossil-free future and right now it is the projects in northern Sweden that are crucial for us to succeed.

Now you have the chance to be involved in building an HR business in one of our billion-dollar projects in Gällivare. A job for you who like challenges and who want to be involved and influence how we best work with our employees.

We imagine that you are based in one of our offices in mainly Gällivare, Kiruna, Luleå, Stockholm or Gothenburg. You will have regular trips to Gällivare. Do you want to join us and become part of the future?

The position as HR Business Partner

Your tasks are mainly operational in areas such as career and development planning, recruitment, redeployment, salary issues, rehabilitation and labor law/negotiations. Initially, the focus will be on recruitment, onboarding and building HR routines. In addition to this, you will be responsible for driving longer-term HR issues within the unit. You drive and implement HR issues according to NCC's guidelines/policies.

We have a strong and genuine focus on developing our employees and our business in which you are expected to take an active role.

You work closely with your HRBP colleagues, within the other business areas. You support each other and share your knowledge. We also have shared resources and HR specialists in Recruitment, Employer Branding, Skills Development, Health & Safety, Labor Law and Compensation & Benefits.

You will report to our Administrative Manager and will be part of the project management team where you are expected to take an active role.

About the NCC Green Industry Transformation business area

NCC Green Industry Transformation is a newly started business area that specializes in complex and large projects in the billion-dollar class in infrastructure and industrial projects with a focus on future Green Industry projects in Norrbotten and Västerbotten. The build-up will take place gradually and we are currently about 30 employees from all parts of NCC. From infrastructure to real estate development.

Your Profile as HR Business Partner
You currently work in the HR field and have at least five years of experience in qualified and broad HR work. You have a university degree with a specialization in human resources and working life or another university degree and equivalent experience. If you have also worked with both white-collar and blue-collar employees and also have experience from the industrial or construction industry, it would be an advantage for both you and us.

You are responsive and have a trust-inspiring and professional approach. You have experience of meeting managers and employees in various personnel-related situations when you support, challenge and propose solutions. You are used to working independently, but would like to be part of a team.

Negotiation experience and experience of contractual issues is an advantage, as is experience of change management.

You are fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing.

Additional information  
The position is a full-time, permanent position. We prefer that you are based in Gällivare but also see other locations as possible. Travel occurs in the service. B-driving license is a requirement. This position is background checked in accordance with NCC's safety culture.
