We are looking for a committed and experienced HR Business Partner to Hercules as our current HR BP is leaving for a new role within our business area. We are looking for you who want to be a business-oriented HR support and thrive on driving improvement work. We believe in close cooperation with the line organization and that you are a natural partner to the business managers and part of the unit's management team.  

 About Hercules  

Hercules is a foundation company within the NCC Group with about 200 employees. Thanks to efficient and well-proven methods, we can carry out foundation work in the most complex soil conditions, we mainly use different types of piling and support structures. As one of the leading foundation companies in the Nordic region and a wholly owned subsidiary of NCC, we have the privilege of helping our customers lay the foundation for the buildings and facilities of the future. We operate throughout Sweden and are organized into 3 regions. In addition, we have a specialist unit with expertise in geotechnical engineering and geoconstruction as well as two pile factories.  
The position of HR Business Partner 

As HR Business Partner, you are responsible for the HR support to the business combined with developing different areas that are strategically important to the organization. You will work operationally in areas such as career and development planning, recruitment, transition, salary issues, rehabilitation and labor law / negotiations. In this role, you will work with both white-collar and professional staff.  
In addition, you will be responsible for driving longer-term HR issues and improvement work  
within the unit. You will also have the opportunity to participate in joint development projects within NCC. You will work closely and supportively with our leaders and managers in both the daily and long-term issues of profitability, growth and employees. We have a strong and genuine focus on retaining and developing our employees and you are expected to take an active role in this. 

You drive and implement HR issues according to NCC's guidelines and policies, which are based on legislation and the strategic objectives of the business area and the department.  

You report to the division's HR manager and work closely with your colleagues in the department. You are also part of a network with HR BP colleagues, both within the division and the business area which is Nordic. You support each other and share your knowledge. Within NCC, we also have shared resources and HR specialists in Recruitment, Employer Branding, Skills Development, Work Environment, Labor Law and Compensation & Benefits. You have a university degree with a specialization in human resources and working life issues - or another university degree with equivalent experience. Ideally, you will have worked with both civil servants and professional staff. If you also have experience from the industrial or construction industry, it would be an advantage for both you and us. 

You are responsive and have a professional approach. You have experience and are confident in meeting managers and employees in various personnel-related situations as you support, challenge and propose solutions.  

You are used to working independently, but want to belong to a team, and have the ability to prioritize, drive and complete assignments in a systematic way. You will be expected to take an active role in the management team, showing interest in the needs and circumstances of the whole organization and its staff. Negotiation experience and experience of contractual issues is an advantage, as is experience of change management. You have a good command of spoken and written Swedish and English and are a good communicator."

Further information 

The position is a full-time position and a permanent position with placement at one of our offices in Gothenburg or Stockholm.  Hercules has operations throughout Sweden, which means that travel is included in the service. You can count on about 40-50 travel days per year. A B-driving license is a requirement for the position. Background checks will be conducted in accordance with our security culture.
