Within Building Sweden, we work to build sustainable homes, offices, healthcare buildings, schools, sports facilities and public buildings for public and private customers in Sweden. The Uppsala, Gävle/Dala division has approximately 150 employees, with a wide variety of construction projects within the geography, and is a strong player in the market when it comes to large, complex construction projects.

We are now looking for an HR Business Partner with a genuine commitment to HR issues, and who appreciates a business-oriented role in a value-driven company.

You report to the HR Manager for the East/North division and are part of an HR team that is spread across the country but meets regularly.

You move as naturally as knowledgeably in classic areas such as Employer Branding, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, labor law, conversion and rehabilitation, but are also stimulated to work with long-term HR issues based on the department's strategy.

Within NCC there are many talented and super nice colleagues in HR, to both brainstorm questions with and build internal networks. To help you, in addition to your team in the division, there are shared resources and HR specialists in various HR areas.

We look extra positively if you have experience from business-related HR work in the industrial or construction industry.

It is important that you are responsive as a person and have the ability to familiarize yourself with the needs and conditions of the business and employees. You are trustworthy, have a professional approach and are driven by working proactively. You are used to working independently and have the ability to prioritize, drive and complete assignments.
