Are you a business-minded lawyer with a specialization in environmental law who wants to develop in a market-leading business that provides society with sustainable asphalt and rock materials? We at NCC Industry are strengthening our legal team and are now looking for a junior lawyer to work closely with the business in our stone and asphalt operations.

The role of corporate lawyer

As a corporate lawyer, you are a valued support to the entire business area and your role includes providing legal support to our line managers and the raw material supply organization, primarily in environmental law but also in real estate law. In your assignment, you will face a variety of challenges and you will be involved in all parts of our business from permit processes, regulatory issues, contaminated land, risk management, land access issues, review and negotiation of contracts and ongoing advice to the business that varies in complexity and size.

Your duties also include ongoing corporate law support and handling of disputes and compliance.

In the Industry business area, you are part of the Nordic legal team of nine employees located in Solna, Malmö, Copenhagen, Aarhus and Oslo. Travel in the service occurs.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have a law degree and a few years of work experience, preferably from a law firm. To succeed in the role, it is important that you have a strong commitment to environmental and real estate law. You work fluently in Swedish and English.

You thrive on prioritizing your work in a structured way and handling a wide variety of issues where you become an integral part of the business processes. You take initiative, are driven and like to take on new challenges and are driven by understanding and developing the business. You will also thrive in a relationship-building role, delivering good service and have the ability to provide advice that is effective and practical. You are used to working in a sometimes fast-paced environment and have a positive, solution-oriented attitude, working independently as part of the team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about getting results and has a sense of structure.

We offer you

As a lawyer in NCC Industry, you will have the opportunity to develop your ability to collaborate with specialists in other subject areas than law. You will learn about technical issues, such as the production of asphalt and aggregates, paving works and unloading.
