Key Account Sales/Salesperson for Industry Stone Materials Area Middle

The role of Salesperson in Area Middle

As a salesperson in Area Middle, you will develop our customer offering and create attractive and customized solutions that drive us to a stronger market position. An important part of the role is to increase sales to existing and new customers through active work with customer visits to identify new business opportunities and build relationships based on our strategic goals.

  • You are responsible for sales and market monitoring in Sörmland and Västmanland as well as for sales budget and forecast
  • You work independently and drive the entire sales process in dialog with production, while collaborating with your sales colleagues to achieve set sales goals
  • You are responsible for the entire business from networking and processing customers to negotiation and follow-up

Your profile as a salesperson

You have at least 3 years of sales experience in a similar business. Relevant experience from quarrying and/or construction activities is an advantage. Established networks in the area and the industry are highly merited.

  • You have a clear, strategic mindset around business and sales and can identify new business opportunities.
  • You thrive in negotiation situations and adapt to the current situation.
  • You are stimulated by doing profitable business, understand the importance of working outdoors, close to customers and have a strong commitment to the business and customer relationships.

You are easy to create lasting relationships, both internally and externally and enjoy working with others, as the team is very important to achieve lasting results. You have good communication skills and master Swedish and English well in both speech and writing. You have good knowledge of the Office package and see Excel in particular as an excellent tool, as well as experience of working in various business systems.

The service is a permanent position with location in Eskilstuna. The service involves travel as customer visits are frequent. B driving license and access to a car is a requirement. If necessary, a probationary period will be applied.

This position is subject to a background check in accordance with NCC's safety culture.
