Lead Planner for future industrial projects
If you are a senior Planner of construction projects, and want to work with large projects in the billion class and are also interested in being part of the green transition in the northern part of Sweden then we can attract you with many new exciting challenges and interesting tasks.
We imagine that you are based in one of our offices in Sweden but are expected to travel regularly to the project in Gällivare but also to other locations depending on where you live.
The industry's green transition is creating a development that has no equivalent in Swedish history. The position as Lead Planner
As Lead Planner, you are involved in the construction of the project. You are responsible for developing, analyzing and monitoring an integrated project schedule through all phases of the construction project.
You have ongoing coordination with project management and other specialist functions, such as purchasing, production and tendering, Commercial Manager and HSEQ Coordinators to optimize planning and ensure milestones are met on time. You will coordinate project status reporting and actively contribute to continuous improvements in process, tools and system support.
You report to our Planning Manager and will together with him build up a team of planners and project management specialists for which you will have a coordinating responsibility.
About Department NCC Green Industry Transformation
NCC Green Industry Transformation is a newly started business area that specializes in complex and large projects in the billion class in infrastructure and industrial projects with a focus on future Green Industry projects in Norrbotten and Västerbotten. Your profile as Lead Planner
You have very good organizational and analytical skills while being adaptable to changes in projects and are flexible about the project's changing needs for support. You have a strong drive to find good solutions and get things done.
You are used to taking a leading role in the team and are clear in your communication with both internal and external stakeholders, which is crucial for successful collaboration and thus a successful project.
You have worked with project planning in tools such as Primavera P6 or ASTA Powerproject.
You have a university degree in engineering or construction and at least five years of experience in project planning. Experience of the construction industry is meritorious as well as experience of managing large complex projects.

You speak and write both in Swedish and English.
Additional information
The position is a permanent position with location preferably in Gällivare but the possibility exists to also start from other locations in Sweden where we have offices. Travel occurs. Depending on where you live, we are open to different solutions. You have a B-driving license. For this position, we conduct background checks in accordance with NCC's safety culture.
