Our current Marketing Manager Anna is moving on to another assignment within the company and we are now looking for her replacement. Your mission is to drive and develop our long-term business and marketing work in the East/North division, Building Sweden.
The position as Marketing Manager
As our Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in developing and strengthening our business and marketing work within the division. Through long-term work, you will improve business by developing, coordinating and proactively managing portfolio management, business arrangements and business acumen. You will thereby strengthen NCC's market position through both overall and long-term efforts and contribute to local market work where necessary.
In this role, you will report directly to the Head of the East/North Division and be part of the divisional management team. You will work closely with our business managers in the departments, as well as with other marketing managers and key functions within NCC Building, which will give you the opportunity to influence and contribute to our joint success.
About the Building Sweden business area
NCC Building Sweden builds and renovates homes, offices, healthcare buildings, schools, sports facilities and public buildings for private and public customers in Sweden. With a high level of expertise in sustainability, digitalization and partnering, we develop projects together with customers in the early stages. Building Sweden is divided into three divisions, West/South, East/North and Large Projects.
Your profile as Marketing Manager
You are a proactive and skilled relationship builder who, through effective communication and collaboration, creates strong ties with both external partners and NCC's internal organization, and enjoys representing NCC in both internal and external contexts
You have an academic degree or equivalent solid experience of working with business and marketing work. We believe you currently work in the construction or real estate sector and bring a deep understanding of business logic and a broad network from the industry. Experience from larger companies with many contact surfaces is meritorious.
You thrive in a strategic and leading role where you with your leadership and analytical ability influence, motivate and inspire to achieve our market strategic goals.
You master Swedish and English in speech and writing.
Additional information
The position is a permanent position with placement at one of our offices within the division but preferably Stockholm, Uppsala or Västerås. Car and driver's license are a requirement as the position involves traveling. In accordance with NCC's safety culture, we conduct background checks on our final candidates.
