NCC is strengthening the Port of Skandia in Gothenburg to enable the reception of larger vessels - a billion-euro project in collaboration with Göteborgs Hamn AB. With technically advanced solutions such as underwater casting, extensive piling and new quay systems, work is underway in a port that is also fully operational.
The Civil SE West department operates in Gothenburg, Northern Halland, Älvsborg, Bohuslän and Dalsland. The work covers the entire chain, from design and construction to production in land and construction projects. We are about 300 employees and are divided into four production areas and a specialist group. The position is in our production group for concrete and roads in Gothenburg.
The position as Measurement Manager
As Measurement Manager at Skandiaporten, you have an important role where you are responsible for planning and implementing the measurement work within the project. You will lead and distribute measurement efforts, ensure that everything is carried out according to technical requirements, and make crucial decisions in your area of expertise. You will also perform measurements, calculate quantities and check results to ensure accuracy and quality. Monitoring and managing the GEOMOS system that controls the movements in the work area and following up the control program.
An important part of the work is reviewing drawings and models, managing the equipment used for measurement and testing, and participating in project planning. You actively contribute to maintaining and developing specialist knowledge in the field through collaboration and business intelligence. You are also a sounding board for new employees and share your knowledge of geodesy to develop your colleagues.
As Head of Measurement in the extensive and technically advanced Skandiaporten project, you are an important part of the work of preparing the Port of Gothenburg for the challenges and opportunities of the future.
Your profile
We are looking for you who have at least eight years of experience in setting out and measuring in soil and concrete, preferably from similar projects. You have several years of experience in leading measurement work and have a post-secondary education in the field, preferably with a focus on measurement technology. Since the role involves collaboration throughout the organization, not least with our projects, you have good knowledge of both Swedish and English.

Further information
The position is permanent with placement in projects within the region, location Gothenburg. Start according to agreement. Driving license is required as there may be some travel. This position is background checked in accordance with NCC's safety culture.
