The role of Operation Manager 

As an Operation Manager, you will lead and develop our operations, mainly in land and civil engineering. You will have daily contact with various stakeholders and be involved in project acquisition and project management. Your responsibilities will include planning, coordination of resources, technical and financial responsibility for production execution, and health and safety responsibility. You will work closely with our professional staff and together drive the business forward. In your role, you will also collaborate with the Area Manager, Operation Specialist and Area Assistant in your work area. As a leader, you are confident and contribute to the development of employees and the success of the team. You are structured and have good logistical skills. Efficiency is important to you and you are used to managing several parallel tasks. You are a problem solver and have a strong curiosity to develop and learn. In addition to production, you are skilled at building customer relationships, identifying business opportunities and managing long-term partnerships.
