The role of Operation Manager
For our asphalt plants in Umeå and Skellefteå, we are now looking for an Operation Manager.
You have technical and financial responsibility for the execution of production and responsibility for subordinate staff.
Your experience
You have a technical education at least at upper secondary level. You have several years of work experience in asphalt operations or other industrial activities, or in construction.
Your profile
You are an independent, driven business person who likes to lead and create results together with others. You are a good communicator, have experience of sales and marketing issues and can create and develop good relationships with customers, colleagues and subcontractors.
As a person, you are driven, flexible and good at collaborating with both colleagues and customers. You thrive in the role of leader and want to contribute to the development of our employees and work towards common goals. You promote a good working environment.
