The role of Operation Manager
As Operation Manager, you lead our asphalt paving operations in the Stockholm North region with daily contact with municipalities and private actors where you are active in both bringing in projects and running them. You plan and coordinate resources, both internal and external, have technical and financial responsibility for the execution of production and have health and safety responsibility. You will work closely with professional staff, driving the business forward and together as a team. You will also work closely with the Area Manager, Operation Specialist and Area Assistant in your work area.

Your profile
We see that you as an applicant preferably have a few years of experience working as a site manager / supervisor or equivalent and we attach great importance to experience in paving operations. To thrive in the role, you need to be confident in the role of leader where you help employees develop and make the team succeed together. For the role, you need to be structured and have a sense of logistics and have a keen interest in achieving efficiency in all projects. You are a problem solver and curious to develop and learn new things with the ability to handle several parallel tasks and thrive on not always knowing what the day has to offer. In addition to running production, you are good at creating customer relationships, seeing business opportunities and managing long-term partnerships. You have a good command of Swedish and English in speech and writing.

Further information
The service is based in our office in Järfälla and since travel is included, a B-driving license is a requirement. The service is a permanent position and probationary employment is applied.
