The role of Operations Manager
As Operations Manager (Site Manager), you will lead and develop our operations in paving and civil engineering. You will have daily contact with various stakeholders and be involved in project sourcing and project management. Your responsibilities will include planning, coordination of resources, technical and financial responsibility for production execution, and health and safety responsibilities. You will work closely with our professional staff and together drive the business forward. In your role, you will also collaborate with the Area Manager, Operation Specialist and Area Assistant in your work area.
Requirements specification
We are looking for you who have a few years of experience working as a "site manager/supervisor" or equivalent, and it is an advantage if you have experience in ground or paving operations. As a leader, you are confident and contribute to employee development and team success. You are structured and have good logistical skills. Efficiency is important to you and you are used to managing several parallel tasks. You are a problem solver and have a strong curiosity to develop and learn. In addition to production, you are skilled at building customer relationships, identifying business opportunities and managing long-term partnerships.
