We are looking for an Order and Transport Planner to strengthen our Customer Center team. As part of our Nordic Customer Center organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient order and transport processes.

Main responsibilities

• Order reception for companies and the private market 
• Plan, lead and optimize our transports 
• Follow-up of completed deliveries with a focus on customer satisfaction, quality and efficiency 
• Collaborate with and lead the daily work with our suppliers 
• Responsible for material guidance to private individuals and handle some sales of materials 

About the Team

You work from NCC:s Nordic Customer Center in central Borås. You work with about 60 colleagues at the customer center and are part of a team of about 10 employees who report to one of our Team Managers at NCC Industry.

Your profile as an Order and Transport Planner

We are looking for you who have previous experience in logistics and transport management and preferably also from customer service, sales and administrative work. Post-secondary education with a focus on, for example, logistics, transport, we see as meritorious  

We are looking for you who enjoy a working day with variation in both tasks and pace. You are careful and structured in your work and have a humble manner.You are good at dealing with customers and have a professional approach.In this role, the pace is sometimes high, which is why we are looking for you who thrive in a work role where one day is not the same as the next.
