The role of paving worker

We are now looking for paving workers for machine teams and spreader teams for work in Halland and North Western Skåne. As a paving worker, you work in the field, together with your colleagues, close to clients and customers. You will belong to a team of skilled colleagues and perform both large and small paving work. As the nature and size of the work varies, your tasks will be varied and offer you great opportunities for professional development. Our business is seasonal, which means that work is mainly carried out during the months of April to December.  

Your profile

You have a basic education at the equivalent of upper secondary level, preferably in engineering or construction. We would like you to have practical experience of working with asphalt in machine teams or spreader teams.

We attach great importance to your personal qualities and are looking for you who are responsible, can work independently and are careful about times and safety. You will be part of the team and contribute to good team spirit and cooperation. It is required that you are flexible and adaptable and have good communication skills.

And don't forget, B driving license is a requirement for this position.

Additional information:
B-driving license is a requirement, BE- or CE driving license is meritorious. The service refers to a full-time seasonal position with location in Biskopstorp, Halland or Åstorp in Skåne. In accordance with NCC's safety culture, we conduct background checks on our final candidates.
