We need to strengthen our organization at NCC Asphalt Special with skilled Paving Workers.

Your role
As an employee with us at NCC Asphalt Special, you work out in the field together with your colleagues, close to clients and customers. You will belong to a team of knowledgeable colleagues and carry out paving work mainly in our conventional paving operations.

Your experience
You have a basic education at the equivalent of upper secondary level, preferably in engineering or construction.

Your characteristics
We are looking for you who like challenges and thrive in the field among our customers and employees. We attach great importance to your personal qualities such as cooperation skills, sense of order, quality thinking and drive.

As we have quite a long way to the workshop when we are on assignment, it is a clear advantage that you are practical and not afraid to pragmatically solve any technical problems that arise in the field.  As work with asphalt paving is a team effort, we are looking for you who enjoy working with others and who want to help the team grow.

Additional information
B driving license is a requirement. C-driving license is meritorious. The service is for permanent employment. The work area is preferably in Stockholm County, but work trips to other parts of the country may occur.
