At NCC, we see many advantages in having our own team of skilled workers who, together with the site manager and supervisor, run our projects safely, efficiently and successfully. We have now been awarded additional projects and need to strengthen our existing team with more skilled workers.

The role of Skilled Worker
As a ground worker, you get a varied job as our projects include building water and sewage pipes, laying foundations for buildings and constructing streets, roads, parks and squares. The projects vary in size, which means that the work can be carried out both independently and in smaller or larger teams. However, we are convinced that we and our business can constantly develop and become even better through a co-creative approach. For us, co-creation means that in your daily work you have a committed, actively supportive and contributing way that makes both you and your colleagues feel good, thrive, develop and perform. We work as a team in the projects. 

Your profile
We would like to see that you have a few years of experience in land and/or construction work. A professional certificate in soil is an advantage but not a requirement. We attach great importance to your personal qualities and are looking for you who are committed, responsible and willing to work. You enjoy working in a team but can also work independently when required. As unplanned events sometimes occur, it is also an advantage to be both stress-resistant and like problem solving. You also need to master Swedish in speech.

Additional information:
The position is a permanent position, with a probationary period of 6 months. The role is full-time and work during daytime. This position is background checked in accordance with NCC's safety culture.
