The position as Project Manager for Badhus
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our swimming pool projects are built according to our concept and technical platform. You are responsible for ensuring that our projects are carried out with high quality and cost-effectiveness by acting as an important support for our local departments in bath-specific issues. You are involved throughout the entire process from early market and customer processing and tender stage to design, production, completion and also during the warranty period.
A central part of the role is to further develop NCC's concept and technical guidelines for bathhouse construction, and to contribute to the transfer of experience between our projects.
You report to Hampus, who is responsible for the bathhouse segment and which currently consists of six people distributed in different locations in Sweden. We have digital team meetings every week and also meet physically regularly for experience exchange.
About Business and Business Development Building Sweden
The Bathhouse segment is part of the Market and Segment unit, which in turn is part of the Business and Operations Development staff function. It also includes the units Technology & Sustainability, Business Development and Purchasing.
Your profile as Project Manager
You have a documented experience from either construction production or from the installation industry as well as a construction technical education. If you also have experience in the construction and design of bathhouses, it is an advantage to get into the service faster. Most importantly, you have an interest in further developing our bathhouse projects.
You're a relationship builder, whether you're meeting with the client, colleagues or our subcontractors. Sometimes you'll take on a specialist role, and at other times you'll have a more supportive role. Either way, you enjoy sharing your knowledge and supporting our projects.
You are self-driven, structured and used to taking responsibility.

The service is a permanent position with placement at one of our offices in Sweden preferably from Uppsala and south. Car and driving license are a requirement as the position involves a lot of traveling. In accordance with NCC's safety culture, we conduct background checks on our final candidates.
