For Building Sydost, we are now looking for a Project Manager who loves to lead, organize and ensure effective collaboration between all disciplines in the early stages of the construction process. As a Project Manager with us, you will be a central figure in our projects, where your commitment and ability to drive a group towards common goals are crucial.

The role of Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you are involved in the early stages of a project. You are the link between project development and production. You lead a project team consisting of external consultants, contractors and clients. You will also be joined by our specialists in areas such as costing, purchasing and production. Together, you will transform the client's wishes into system and construction documents that generate production can build in a safe and efficient way. It will be important for you to ensure that requirements are met based on both project goals and legislation. You will work closely with VDC leaders and actively contribute to shaping the future of construction. With us, the BIM model has a given place at every opportunity in the Project Studio, in the calculation work and in production.

About Building Sydost

We at Building Sydost work with building construction projects and build everything from community properties, housing, schools and institutions. The department covers a large geography and is currently active in Jönköping and Skaraborg counties. Today we have about 150 employees and have a turnover of approximately SEK 1.4 billion in the department.

Your profile

For this role, we are looking for you with many years of experience together with a construction engineering education. We see that you have worked in a role as a project manager, design manager or have another leading role in design or production. You may have a background in construction, VDC, production or installation and thus have a great understanding of construction processes, construction technology, costs and construction law. It is also important that you feel confident in your leadership and dare to trust others, but at the same time know that reconciliations and requirements are important for a project to be successful. As a project manager, you have many internal and external contacts and not everyone has the same view, so being responsive, diplomatic but also determined are qualities this role requires.

Further information

In the role of project manager, you work across departments and are based in our office in Skövde or Jönköping. The service is a permanent position. B-driving license is a requirement. This position is background checked in accordance with NCC's safety culture.
