Job description
In the role of Project Manager, you are responsible for a profit center that has a turnover of approximately SEK 100 million / year, divided into a number of larger or smaller projects in the Kronoberg and Blekinge geography. You have overall financial responsibility for the projects, dialog with customers and clients through the project and responsibility for running and following up the projects according to our common way of working. As Project Manager, together with the project organization, you implement projects received within specific time, quality and cost frameworks based on given conditions and together you set engaging goals and find effective production solutions.   The service involves personnel responsibility for about 20 employees whom you as project manager support in development and challenges in the daily work.

In the role of Project Manager, you report to the Production Manager and you are part of the production unit's management team.

Requirements specification
To be successful in the role of Project Manager, we look for you to have a relevant university degree in civil engineering. Ideally, you have a few years of experience from a leading role in infrastructure production with a focus on land and construction.

As you have overall responsibility for both the project's finances and employees, very good knowledge of project management and construction law such as AB/ABT is required.

We would like to see that you are driven by doing good business, have an easy time communicating and interacting with others and an interest in production-related issues. As a person, you are business-minded and motivated by running an efficient and profitable production by working in a structured way towards common goals together with the team.

You have several years of previous leadership experience and you create commitment, motivation and efficiency in the work team and you always lead by example. Building good relationships with both customers and employees is a natural part of your personality. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities for the position.

About Department Civil SouthEast
The department has about 360 employees and we include the geographies Skaraborg, Jönköping County, Östergötland, Kronoberg, Blekinge, Kalmar and Nybergs Entreprenad AB on Gotland.

Further information
The service is a permanent full-time position with 6 months probation. You will be located at one of our offices in Karlskrona, Karlshamn or Växjö. As part of NCC's safety culture, we conduct background checks on final candidates. A B-driver's license is a requirement for the position and some travel is included in the position.
