In the role of project manager for our land, road and construction work in Örebro, you are responsible for leading and developing your group of subordinate staff consisting of site managers, supervisors, measurement technicians, project engineers and skilled workers. You lead by engaging and supporting your team in a way that ensures projects are completed safely and on time, to quality and within budget. You will be supported by support functions and specialists who will work with you and your colleagues to ensure that projects are delivered in the best possible way. You will be involved at an early stage, managing client contacts and upselling on ongoing projects, and will be responsible for ensuring that client expectations are met. All projects are carried out in accordance with NCC's values, policies, laws and agreements.  

You are part of the management team for Örebro & Södermanland and report to our production manager. We have continuous meetings and other forums where you get the opportunity to exchange experiences with colleagues as well as a "battery" of different trainings.

You have experience of acting in the role of leader and have experience of production-related roles in the construction sector or from the client side. Basically, you have a construction engineering education and/or equivalent experience as well as good knowledge of construction law and economics. 

You are driven by doing good business and therefore understand the importance of building good customer relationships so that together you create good projects. You have the ability to stay calm in stressful situations and dare to make decisions under pressure. 

As a person, you have a coaching leadership where you are confident in leading and distributing work. You are driven and have the ability to bring the group with you so that you reach set goals. Structure and planning in both the short and long term are a prerequisite for you to be able to run several parallel projects. 

You master Swedish in speech and writing. 

• The position is a permanent position based in Örebro. 
•  B driving license is a requirement.
