About Civil West
The Civil West department is part of the Infrastructure business area, which today has a strong position in the market. We build and develop the future environment for work, living and infrastructure and carry out various types of ground, road and civil engineering projects in the region. Our production management group in Bohuslän currently consists of around 40 employees. We have a strong position in the market, especially in VA.
The role of Project Manager
As a project manager, you are responsible for leading your own group of subordinate staff consisting of site managers, supervisors, measurement technicians, project engineers and professional workers. As a leader, you will recognize opportunities, create commitment and support your team in a way that ensures that projects are carried out safely and within defined time, quality and cost limits. You ensure that projects are carried out in accordance with NCC's values, policies, laws and agreements, as well as our own business systems. You are involved at an early stage, manage customer contacts and additional sales in ongoing projects and are responsible for ensuring that customer expectations are met. With us, we work in teams and to your help you have support functions and specialists who, together with you and your colleagues, ensure that the projects are carried out in the best possible way based on safety, economy and progress. We strive to work in an open and learning culture where everyone shares their experiences and knowledge. We have, among other things, regular meetings and other forums where you have the opportunity to exchange experiences with colleagues as well as a "battery" of different training courses.
Your profile
You have many years of experience of acting in the role of leader and have experience of production-related roles in the construction sector with a focus on land and construction.
Basically, you have a construction engineering education and / or equivalent skills.
As a person, you have a coaching leadership where you are confident in leading and distributing work. You are driven and have the ability to get the group on board and get things done. As you have several parallel projects, you need to be able to plan and structure your work and the work of others together. You are a relationship builder and have good communication skills as you have many contacts both internally and externally such as colleagues and own staff as well as towards customers and their representatives.
Good computer skills are a necessity. You master Swedish and English in speech and writing. As a leader, it is important that you can live up to our core values - Honesty, Trust and Respect. Your role is to be a role model regarding compliance with these.

The form of employment is full-time and with the work area Bohuslän. This position is background checked in accordance with NCC's safety culture. A B driving license is a requirement for this position.
