Project manager Mark-Bergschakt to the industrial project of the future
The industry's green transition is creating a development that has no equivalent in Swedish history. Huge investments are planned to realize a fossil-free future and right now it is the projects in northern Sweden that are crucial for us to succeed. This is a project that is not like many others.

Do you enjoy leading a group of individuals and also having a more overall role over projects? Then take the chance to become our new project manager in the land business in Gällivare, which has an expected start of production in late spring 2025. We have interesting working time models that make it possible to take this role even if you live further away from Gällivare.

Do you want to join us and build the industrial projects of the future?

The position as Project Manager
As a Ground Project Manager, you will manage projects in ground, rock excavation and utility networks. You will have overall responsibility for completing the project within the time, quality and cost frameworks agreed in our contract with the customer. You will also work closely with production management, buyers and other stakeholders to optimize production processes.

You will support the site managers throughout the production process, manage customer contacts and be responsible for ensuring that the customer's expectations are met. In some cases, you will also be involved in tender work and always have the idea of selling additional projects to existing customers.

You will be involved from the start of production and will work with the Production Manager to build up the production business. You will have personnel responsibility for a number of site managers, supervisors, surveyors and project engineers.

We strive to work in an open and learning culture where everyone shares their experiences and knowledge. Among other things, we have regular meetings and other forums where you get the opportunity to exchange experiences with colleagues
