Senior tender engineer Mark to the industrial projects of the future
The industry's green transition is creating a development that has no equivalent in Swedish history. Huge investments are planned to realize a fossil-free future and right now it is the projects in northern Sweden that are crucial for us to succeed. NCC has signed a long-term cooperation agreement with LKAB regarding the planning and implementation of fossil-free sponge iron production. Other projects are also planned and NCC has extensive cooperation and dialogues with our customers. We are now looking for a tender engineer who likes challenges, BIG projects and wants to be part of a journey that no one has done before.
About the position as senior tender engineer Land
As a tender engineer, you are responsible for cost calculations. You are involved from the early stages, working on project sales and tenders together with marketing and account managers. In the projects, you work in teams together with the production manager, project manager, site manager, purchaser, project manager and others. You have a major impact on the project's results as your mission is to give the project the right conditions to deliver high quality and profitability. After receiving the project, you participate in start-up and follow-ups as well as managing project changes. Great emphasis is placed on gaining, and giving, knowledge and experience exchange.
Some of your tasks:
- Cost calculation in the costing system MAPS
- Support our project sales with everything from key figure calculations to detailed tender calculations.
- Together with the tender team, structure the tender process
- Identify and price technical and commercial risks
- Together with the purchasing function, compile the call for tenders
- Together with purchasing function evaluate supplier offers
- Support the production organization in the handover and start-up phase
About the NCC Green Industry Transformation business area
NCC Green Industry Transformation is a newly launched business area formed to enable NCC to support the industry's green transition. The business area specializes in complex and large industrial and infrastructure projects that involve new technology, currently with a focus on Norrbotten and Västerbotten.
Your profile as a senior Tender Engineer Land
You have experience from working with land projects and preferably larger projects as our new business area will only run very large projects.
You have worked with various calculation, planning and cost management programs such as MAP, Power Project, MS Project, Office and you also have good knowledge of construction law such as AMA Anläggning, MER, AB04 and ABT06.
A large part of your work will take place in meetings with both customers and colleagues, which you feel comfortable with. You have a strong drive to find good and cost-effective solutions, you are analytical and enjoy working both independently and in groups and are not afraid to ask for help.

You master Swedish and English in speech and writing.

The position is a permanent position with placement preferably in Luleå but the possibility exists to also start from other locations in Sweden where we have offices. Travel occurs. Depending on where you live, we are open to different solutions. You have a B-driving license. For this position, we conduct background checks in accordance with NCC's safety culture.
