The position of Site Manager

As Site Manager, you are responsible for the implementation of the project, from start-up to handover. This means an overall responsibility to lead the project's planning and implementation in terms of time, personnel, finance, quality, environment and work environment. The role also includes creating and maintaining a good relationship with employees, customers, subcontractors and suppliers. You lead and distribute tasks independently and work together with others in the project to drive the project forward towards jointly set goals. In your role, you also have the support of, among others, the responsible project manager, project engineer, work environment engineer, purchaser, tender engineer and HR.

About Civil North

Our Civil North department works with land, construction and infrastructure projects. We are about 500 dedicated employees who are divided into nine production manager groups within our geography Norrbotten, Västerbotten, Västernorrland, Jämtland and Värmland.

Your profile as Site Manager

We are looking for you who have a construction engineering education and/or equivalent work experience. To be successful in the role of site manager, we see that you have a good knowledge of the construction process in construction and advantageously also previous experience of working as a site manager. You also have the ability to create and develop good relationships. We assume that you are good at planning and organizing your work and are comfortable with the use of our digital tools.

  • The position is a permanent position with a 6-month probationary period
  • Location within Norrbotten and varies depending on where the projects are, initially mainly in Malmfälten
  • B driving license is a requirement for the position
  • You have a good command of Swedish and English in speech and writing
