You have a university degree in civil engineering or equivalent experience in the construction or civil engineering industry. We are looking for you who have at least three years of experience as a site manager or several years of experience as a supervisor, consultant, or project engineer in land and construction projects.
We believe that a successful site manager creates and maintains a good relationship with their client, is a good leader and has the ability to coordinate both their own resources and our subcontractors. Therefore, we would like to see that you as a person have a solution-oriented approach, are a good problem solver, enjoy leading and enthusing your employees and work for a good working environment. Good order and tidiness are a prerequisite, as is a structured approach with an understanding of follow-up and documentation. The role of site manager also requires that you are confident in the leadership role and have the ability to delegate and make demands.

Additional information
The position is a permanent full-time position with a 6-month probationary period. You will be located at our office in Kalmar, where you will belong to a result-oriented, close-knit team, with a good community.
As part of NCC's safety culture, we conduct background checks on final candidates. You are fluent in written and spoken Swedish and have a driving license. Several of our projects require SUA classification.
