Are you an experienced site manager ready for the next challenge? Do you want to be involved in managing people and projects in Bohuslän and Älvsborg? Then you are the one we are looking for! As one of our Site Managers will be retiring, we need to further strengthen our team.

The role of Site Manager 

As a Site Manager with us at NCC, you are responsible for one of our projects in our geography, with an emphasis on the Trestads region. You will work on various types of building construction projects, for both the private and public sectors, ranging from housing, offices, industry to schools and care facilities. You will lead in line with NCC's guidelines and based on the goals we have set based on time, economy and quality. With us, you will also have personnel responsibility for a group of skilled workers. The projects can vary in size and complexity and the products from residential to commercial properties. A lot of our projects are conducted in the form of Partnering.

Another important task for you will be to ensure that there is order and order in your workplace, as this makes it easier for everyone to achieve the high demands and goals we set for a safe working environment. You must have good skills in planning and financial monitoring / management of projects as well as a developed leadership. Your profile

To be successful in this role, you have several years of experience as a site manager/contractor in a managerial role possibly together with a post-secondary construction engineering education. You will be used to working on house or residential projects and thrive in a leadership role.  You will have the ability to set clear objectives for your project and then communicate these to your team. You are also comfortable with the administrative routines that the job requires today.

Further information

The position is permanent with initial placement on our projects either in Uddevalla, Kungälv, Tanum or Trollhättan. You will belong to a production group in the Building West department that works throughout Bohuslän and Älvsborg, mainly from Strömstad in the north down to Kungälv in the south. Therefore, we would like you to live within the specified geography. This position is background checked in accordance with NCC's safety culture.
