We need to strengthen our operations in Stockholm with a committed and driven Site Manager for our mobile crushing operations.

As Site Manager, you are responsible for planning and monitoring production in our mobile crushing operations, but also for planning and managing the external contractors we hire. You ensure and coordinate our own resources and subcontractors to lead production towards established goals, which also means responsibility for finances, quality, environment and work environment. You are expected to lead, support and inspire your group, but also over time work to develop and motivate both teams and individuals. You will report directly to the Area Manager and the team includes additional Site Managers and Supervisors in other geographies. Centrally supported are the finance, KMA, HR and purchasing functions.

Your profile 

We are looking for you who have a technical education at a minimum of upper secondary level and previous management experience. You have several years of work experience in work management in crushing and aggregates operations, or construction and civil engineering operations. You have worked with planning and monitoring of production and have good experience of budget and forecasting work, which is an important part of your work. You enjoy leading, enthusing and creating results together with your coworkers.  As this is a role with a lot of internal and external contacts, we attach great importance to your ability to develop good relationships with employees, customers, colleagues, subcontractors and suppliers. Promoting a good working environment is a matter of course for you.

The position is a permanent position. B-driving license is a requirement as daily travel is included in the service. Location is Stockholm. This position is background checked in accordance with NCC's safety culture.
