Site Manager for Hercules

About Hercules and Region North

In the northern region, we carry out foundation work in both small and large projects. Hercules operates throughout the country and works with NCC as well as external customers. The position belongs to Region North and is mainly located in Örebro County, but may also involve work at other locations within the region during certain periods.
The position of Site Manager &#xx0;
We are looking for a Site Manager in foundation work who wants to be involved from the start. In this role, you will independently run one or more smaller projects - from the time the tender is in port and handed over to production.
In smaller projects, you work alone as a civil servant, while in medium-sized projects you collaborate with the Supervisor. You lead and distribute tasks for both salaried employees, skilled workers and any subcontractors, but have no personnel responsibility. However, you have health and safety responsibilities as delegated and ensure that the workplace meets all applicable requirements.
The work includes production budgeting, forecasting, resource planning and other administration to ensure efficient and profitable production. You handle invoices, forecasts and ÄTA work, as well as being responsible for time certification of both skilled and unskilled workers in the project.
An important part of the role is to build and maintain customer relationships and work with additional sales through good delivery and proactive dialog with the customer. You see business opportunities and bring them to port with good profitability.
You are also responsible for holding workplace meetings and participating in construction meetings. Projects can vary in size, and you may have several projects in parallel. Most are located in the local area, but some may involve overnight stays elsewhere during the week (usually Monday to Thursday).
Your profile
We are looking for you who have a construction engineering degree, such as a university engineer, civil engineer or YH, or equivalent experience.
To succeed in the role, we see that you have experience working as a site manager and thus acquired a good knowledge of the construction process, especially in civil engineering or foundation work. You have several years of experience in a leading position in construction production and are used to leading and distributing tasks in projects, both for your own staff and subcontractors.
Furthermore, you have had the main responsibility for finances and schedules, as well as managing budgets, forecasts, resource planning and other administration in projects. You have also been responsible for quality, environment, work environment and safety, and see the importance of ensuring these parts throughout the project.
As the role involves a lot of customer contact, we see that you have experience in developing long-term customer relationships and identifying business opportunities. You enjoy working with additional sales through good dialogues with the customer on site and have a business approach.
The position requires knowledge of construction law and construction law, especially AB 04 and ABT 06, as well as a good understanding of project economics, it is meritorious if you have experience of working in MAP for cost control. You master Swedish in speech and writing, have good computer skills, and have a B driving license.
It is meritorious if you have experience working in the construction or foundation industry.

The position is full-time and a permanent position that begins with a 6-month probationary period. Your location will be at our office in Örebro. Start according to agreement. This position is background-checked in accordance with NCC's safety culture.
