The position as Site Manager
As a Site Manager at NCC in Skellefteå, you are responsible for the entire project implementation from contract to handover. Your main tasks involve project planning, resource procurement and ensuring the project's implementation in terms of quality, time and economy. You will be assisted by supervisors, skilled workers and specialists who, together with NCC's subcontractors, will create new landmarks in our local environment. The role therefore involves leadership responsibility where you are expected to coordinate and motivate your employees to develop. In your role, you will also be supported by, among others, the responsible project manager, who is also your immediate manager, project engineer, work environment engineer, purchaser, tender engineer and HR. We are looking for you who have worked in a leading role in production and have a construction engineering education and/or equivalent work experience. You are fluent in Swedish

We believe that a successful site manager creates and maintains a good relationship with their customer, is a good leader and has the ability to coordinate both their own resources and our subcontractors. Therefore, we would like you to have a solution-oriented approach, be a good problem solver, enjoy leading and enthusing your employees and promote a good working environment. The role of site manager also requires that you are confident in the leadership role and have the ability to delegate and make demands.

About our department  
The Civil SE North department builds and renovates infrastructure. The work covers the entire chain, from design and construction to production and maintenance in infrastructure, civil engineering and service in ground and water works, etc. The department has a turnover of about SEK 2 billion and we are about 450 employees. We are divided into seven production areas where you will belong to the production area Mark Norra Västerbotten.

Additional information  
The service is a permanent position with 6 months probation. Location in Skellefteå and B-driving license is a requirement.

The final candidate for this position will be background checked in accordance with NCC's safety culture.
