The position of Site Manager
As a Site Manager at NCC, you are responsible for the entire project implementation from contract to handover. This means being responsible for the project's planning and implementation in terms of quality, time and finances. The work also includes personnel responsibility in the project. You will be assisted by competent supervisors and skilled workers. We offer you a very interesting job with good development opportunities. Projects may include groundwork for water and sewage systems, industrial buildings, roads, streets, bridges and residential areas. About Civil West
The Civil SE West department operates in Gothenburg and Bohuslän and covers the entire chain from design, project planning and construction to production and maintenance in infrastructure, land and construction work and service in land and water and more. We are 230 employees in the region, divided into three production areas and a specialist group. Our regional office is located in Gothenburg and we have local offices in Uddevalla, Stenungssund and Borås.
Your profile
To succeed in this role, we see that you have a construction engineering education or several years of experience as a site manager in the construction industry. You are structured and have a strong ability to plan both your own and your team's work. Leading and inspiring your colleagues towards common goals is something you thrive on, while always striving to create a good working environment.
You are a problem solver with an eye for detail and also appreciate the administrative work that the role requires. As a team player, you find it easy to build and nurture relationships, both internally and externally. We attach great importance to your personal qualities, such as cooperation skills, commitment and drive.
Experience of working in follow-up systems such as MAP or Power Project is meritorious.
Additional information
The form of employment is full-time and with the work area Bohuslän. This position is background checked in accordance with NCC's safety culture. A B driving license is a requirement for this position.
