We now need to strengthen our department with two Site Managers for our team in Örebro 

We are currently looking for a Site Manager in our ongoing assignment for Karlskoga municipality, the Nobel project. Our assignment with Karlskoga municipality includes the renovation of an existing ice rink and the construction of a new bathhouse.   

In the project, the ice rink and bathhouse will be divided and you will take care of the bathhouse construction where you will be involved early in the project, which gives you good conditions to deliver a good end product. Within NCC there is also a group of bathhouse experts who will provide both technical, legal and practical support along the way. The bathhouse will be a challenging project in terms of both construction and installation technology.  

We are also looking for an additional site manager to strengthen our department and take care of future assignments.  

The position of site manager 

As a site manager at NCC, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, leading and monitoring the project's implementation in terms of time, quality, economy and sustainability. You lead and distribute the work and are responsible for ensuring that the project is run in line with NCC's guidelines and operational systems, towards the project's jointly set goals. With us, you have good tools and working methods as well as plenty of expertise available within the organization, which supports you in your role. In this role, you will have staff responsibility for some professional staff and also manage a number of service staff on a day-to-day basis. We want our projects to be characterized by structure, order and a good working environment, so to thrive with us, we see that these are natural keywords for you as well. 

As a site manager with us, you also have many contact areas and it is of the utmost importance that you value a good dialogue and collaboration both within the team, internally at NCC and externally with customers and subcontractors. 

Your profile as Site Manager  

To succeed in the role of Site Manager with us, we believe that you have previous experience of running construction projects of about SEK 200-400 million and we look favorably on you having a good understanding of cost control, being an appreciated leader and having a habit of running projects in collaboration. You have a construction engineering education or have built up equivalent skills through practical industry experience. Meritorious is bathhouse experience for the role of site manager in the bathhouse in Karlskoga. 

 The position is a permanent position and your work area is Örebro County, where we have offices in Örebro. As site manager, you report to the project manager. A B driver's license is a requirement for the position.
