Do you want to build a horizontal concrete high-rise? The Korsvägen station junction will be almost 240 meters and has much in common with heavier building structures. It is complex with many installations and different disciplines that must work together for good progress. We are now looking for supervisors with experience of large projects who want to drive work in production in a large organization.
The role of supervisor at Korsvägen
As a Supervisor at Korsvägen, you have a varied job with many contact areas where you lead and distribute the ongoing work with UE and YA with a focus on work environment, quality, economy and time. There are several supervisors and support functions on the project. You participate in the preparation of schedules, coordinate your own activities and perform work preparations together with other team members.
About project E05 Korsvägen
NCC has together with a German company, Wayss & Freytag, formed a Joint Venture WLC - West Link Contractors. You will be part of our project E05 Korsvägen, a sub-stage of the West Link, one of Sweden's largest ongoing construction projects. At Korsvägen we are building an underground station. Here you will meet an international environment at home and build your CV with experiences that give weight. The project is a collaborative project where we work closely with our customer and involve many professional groups. At this stage of Station Korsvägen, there will be about 160 people in total with UE and YA, of which about 50 are civil servants. Your profile as a supervisor
We are looking for you who have a construction engineering education or worked your way to the same competence. In addition, you have at least 5 years of experience as a supervisor in concrete work in large projects where heavy structures have been in focus, plant or house. Concrete class 1 is a merit. You are confident with digital tools.
To be successful in this role, it is required that you enjoy working in a large organization where, while following strategies and plans, you have to be flexible and sometimes have to make temporary solutions to move forward. We attach great importance to your personal qualities and you recognize yourself in the description solution-oriented team player who is driven by creating good results. Fluent English in speech and writing is a requirement as well as a B driving license. Swedish and Polish are meritorious.
