Work leader ground, E05 Korsvägen
This is the role for you who have experience from ground, and management work and road construction. The position as a supervisor
As a Supervisor in land, you will support with your expertise in production and focus area Land and water works and other infrastructure in the tunnels.
We work in teams where your role in the team is to engage and motivate through participation and development and in this way achieve the goals and deadlines that are set. You will be part of a team where we challenge ourselves to deliver the best sustainable solutions in an organization with good values and a strong will to succeed. In the project, you work at the Örgryte production site, which is one of our production sites within E05 Korsvägen.
In the role, you are out and about and lead the daily production. You lead and distribute tasks independently out in production and to your help you have committed and knowledgeable subcontractors, employees and specialists in, among other things, calculation, purchasing and design, who work together to achieve the best possible results. You work on delivery planning and timely call-offs. Logistics planning with other actors on site. The role also includes carrying out work preparations and being involved in work environment work together with other employees in the team.
Your profile
To thrive and be successful in the role, we see that you have several years of experience from a leading position in production in construction projects with a focus on land, pipeline work and road construction. You are passionate about your work in production and at the same time you enjoy the administrative work that is part of the role.
As a person, you are a team player and have the ability to plan and lead the daily work and create a sense of participation in your team. You are confident and independent in your role and create a good working environment with a high focus on safety and progress. We attach great importance to your personal qualities such as cooperation skills, commitment and drive. It would be an advantage if you have training in EBR cable laying. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English. A B driving license is a requirement for the position.
About project E05 Korsvägen
You will be part of our project E05 Korsvägen, which is a partial phase of the West Link in central Gothenburg. NCC has together with a German company, Wayss & Freytag, formed a Joint Venture called WLC - West Link Contractors. The project is a collaborative project where we work closely with our customer and involve many professional groups. To quote our project manager; "This is a once in a lifetime project. Building Korsvägen is a unique project in Sweden that is being done in Gothenburg's inner city where we face all the challenges that one can encounter in a project in a relatively short time that is environmentally correct, sustainable and important for Gothenburg's future."
