NCC has been commissioned to develop the facilities in Mariestad together with our customer Specialfastigheter. It is a large and challenging project that places high demands on our implementation. Role as Supervisor

As a supervisor, you have an independent and varied job with great personal responsibility where you lead and distribute the ongoing work with UE and YA with a focus on work environment, quality, economy and time. You participate in the development of schedules, coordinate your own activities and carry out work preparations together with other team members.

Your profile 

We are looking for you who have a construction engineering education or worked your way to the same competence. In addition, you have at least 3 years of experience as a supervisor in production. You are confident with digital tools and your way of working is permeated by business acumen where you strive to achieve set goals in your projects. As a person, you are responsible and orderly and you are passionate about working in production. You are committed to your work and understand the importance of good cooperation with everyone involved; skilled workers, subcontractors, support functions, customers, other colleagues and managers. As a leader, you engage and motivate through participation to achieve set goals and deadlines. Good Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement as well as a B driving license.

The position is a permanent position located at our project office in Mariestad.
