We need to strengthen our operations in Stone Materials Area North/Blasting, Norr- & Västerbotten with a Supervisor and we are looking for you who want to play a central role in our continuous development and who enjoy working close to the business and production.

Role as Supervisor/Work Leader

In the role of Supervisor/Work Leader, you plan, lead and distribute work and resources within our blasting operations in Norr- &; Västerbotten. This means that you

• ensure that the projects you are responsible for comply with applicable permits and finances,
• that production takes place according to production planning and established quality frameworks and
• that production takes place as efficiently as possible based on market demand.
• You ensure compliance with our safety and health regulations as well as blasting permits and vibration requirements through active work environment management
• responsible for ordering and handling of daily materials
• has supervisory responsibility for subordinate staff and is responsible for creating good cooperation with subcontractors and customers.

You are assisted by dedicated skilled workers and subcontractors. You report to the Site Manager.

This is the experience and knowledge we want you to have:

You have several years of experience in blasting/drilling in the construction industry, as well as previous experience in managing subordinate staff. You have at least a secondary technical education. You have good computer skills and some experience of administrative work.

You are a driven and committed person who wants to lead and create results together with us. You are careful, communicative and relationship-oriented as you see the value of developing good relationships with colleagues and subcontractors.

Advantageous if you have:

• Blasting license class A
• Blasting work above ground
• Blasting supervisor

The employment is a probationary position with location in Umeå or Skellefteå. As the service involves travel in the district, a B-driving license is a requirement for the service.
