We are looking for a Team Leader for our Order and Transport Management team at NCC Industry's customer center. In the role of Team Leader, you are a key player in the group. You work operationally close to the team and support them in their daily work, support the Team Manager in leading and distributing the work, and work with the development of processes and routines.  

Main responsibilities 

• Support the Team Manager in leading and distributing the work within the team 
• Order reception for companies and the private market 
• Planning, leading and optimizing our transports 
• Follow-up of completed deliveries with a focus on customer satisfaction, quality and efficiency 
• Collaborate with and lead the daily work with our suppliers 
• Responsible for material guidance to private individuals and manage some sales of materials 
• Collaborate with the Team Manager on scheduling, resource allocation and other staff administrative tasks. 

About the Team 
You work from NCC's customer center in central Borås. You work with about 60 colleagues towards the Swedish and Norwegian markets and are part of a team of about 12 colleagues who report to one of our Team Managers at NCC Industry.

We would like to see that you have experience in logistics and transport management or / and order reception. To succeed in the role, we believe that you have worked as a team leader before. Experience of sales, administrative work and a post-secondary education with a focus on, for example, logistics, transport, we see as meritorious. You are thorough and structured in your work and have a humble manner.You are good at dealing with customers and have a professional approach.In this role, the pace is sometimes high, which is why we are looking for you who thrive in a work role where one day is not like the other. • Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing is a requirement for the role.
