We are now looking for a driven and committed Team Manager for our Customer Center in Borås. As part of our Nordic Customer Center organization, you play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient sales and support processes.  

As Team Manager, you are responsible for leading and distributing, as well as developing the work of one of our teams at NCC's Customer Center. In the role, you have a great responsibility to develop the customer journey through a high focus on sales, delivery and customer service. With your expertise, you will contribute to offering our customers an outstanding service experience. Main responsibilities  

  • Lead and be responsible for the daily work within one of the teams at the Customer Center.  
  • Ensure a first-class customer experience, and work to continuously improve the quality of delivery. 
  • Work with sales management, follow-up and development and streamlining of routines and processes against set goals, SLAs and other KPIs.  
  • Recruitment, as well as development of existing staff with a focus on both individuals, as well as an effective and well-functioning team. 
  • Work to constantly work to maintain a good working environment  
  • Collaborate with Team Manager colleagues to ensure good cooperation between the teams, as well as continuous development of the Customer Center.  

About the Team 

You work from NCC's Nordic Customer Center in central Borås. You work with about 60 colleagues at the customer center. The team you lead is about 10 employees who work with Sales & Support. As Team Manager, you report to the Head of Customer Center and are part of the Customer Center management team.

We are looking for you with a relevant university degree. You have at least two years of experience in a similar role. It is important that you have a few years of experience in a managerial position, and that you have worked with customer service before. Experience of sales work from a similar industry or a transportation company is a great asset in the role.  

We would like you to have knowledge of stone materials, as well as the uses and properties of the products. You are fluent in spoken and written English and Swedish. 

As a person, we believe that you are goal-oriented, and have very good communication and collaboration skills. You are good at working in a structured way and thrive with order and orderliness.
