The position of HR Specialist Employer Branding
As an employer branding specialist, you work to ensure that NCC attracts and recruits the right skills for the future. Your overall role is to reach out to our students and thus future employees in various ways via social media, events and lectures at universities, colleges and upper secondary schools, mainly in northern Sweden. Further examples of tasks are internal and external communication such as career pages or other employee communication.
You run, develop and manage NCC's strategic programs aimed at students at universities, colleges and high schools, which are important focus areas in our strategy for future skills supply.
For this position, the main geographical area is northern Sweden, but you are also involved in development projects that concern the whole of Sweden and also the Nordic region. Much of the work is done in close collaboration with your local HR partners, Recruiters and Communicators.

We are based in different locations in Sweden and support all our business areas.
Your Profile as HR Specialist Employer Branding
You have a university degree with a focus on HR and experience working with employer branding. It is an operational role and suits those who enjoy organizing and coordinating events, networking, working with social media and who want to develop in employer branding
It is important that you can work both independently and in teams and know how to prioritize and complete assignments in a systematic way. Since you are our face to both students and other stakeholders, it is important that you thrive in an outgoing role and feel that you can sympathize with NCC's behaviors and values.

The service is a temporary position until 2026-08-26. Location Luleå or Piteå. Travel occurs in the service. This position is background checked in accordance with NCC's safety culture.
