NKT is looking for an Account Manager for the Stockholm region with responsibility for existing and new customers, mainly in the electrical wholesale business. Drive sales and help grow the market As Account Manager for the Stockholm region within Business Line Applications, you manage all customers within the region. You are the contact person to the customers, driving sales and increasing our market share in Sweden. It's about creating sustainable relationships, developing our business and customer success. Customers are in various sectors, such as wholesalers, renewable energy, industry and installers. You will have colleagues in sales, product management and customer service who will support you in servicing our customers, such as quoting and backing up first-class production and supply chain. You will report directly to the Sales Manager for Sweden. Your tasks will mainly focus on: * Increasing sales, profitability and market share * Selling the full product range and project tenders * Maintaining relationships with customers and introducing new ones * Regular customer visits in your region * Manage customer meetings and internal reporting and follow-up * Work internally with other departments to ensure quality and service to our customers * Administering CRM systems You have your office at home or in the office in Kista, you are located in the Stockholm area to be able to provide high quality support to our customers. As a large part of the job consists of visiting customers, it requires you to be comfortable traveling by car. Business driven with a strong focus on relationships As a person, you have a positive attitude towards your tasks and your surroundings. The ideal person for this position is someone who is driven, values teamwork and at the same time relationship-oriented with top-notch communication skills. We believe you have a technical interest and the customer is at the center of your attention.
