Are you looking for an opportunity to inspire, motivate and lead a change process based on Lean principles? If you have previous experience and have a keen interest in developing processes in production according to these principles, this could be the right job for you! Our production is growing and we see a great need to improve and streamline our operations based on the basic principles of Lean with an ambition to optimize and improve for the whole of the production business.
Develop, motivate and engage
As a Lean developer at NKT, it is your leadership skills and initiative that will take center stage. The position involves initiating and leading activities that increase our efficiency and reduce waste in our production. You will also have an important role in maintaining methods, tools and training materials, in the field of Lean, as well as holding trainings for production managers and operators yourself. You will be an ambassador for continuous improvement and coach the rest of the organization in this work.
The role is a key function, to optimize the supply chain and production in Karlskrona regarding safety and quality, as well as reaching our goals for delivery precision, lead times, efficiency and stock levels. This role further acts as a natural driver and catalyst for local implementation of Lean principles and activities within our main production process MCA.
You will work with a team through improvement work close to production managers, operators, technicians and others.
It is your common goal to create lasting improvements in our three main areas of production: safety, quality and delivery.
You will lead the change with a team where the applied working hours are 5-shifts, which means that production is ongoing even when you are not on site.
In the role, you will have the opportunity to develop and be responsible for, among other things, the following:
* Actively working according to NKT's management system for quality, environment and work environment.
* Working with clear standards for our flow
* Lean principles
* Flow analyses
* SMED-analyses
* Kaizen events
* Value Stream Mapping
* TPM/5S
* Creating objectives for improvement areas that are developed and visualized and follow up on these
Inspiring and committed leader
To succeed and thrive as a Lean developer, you have previous experience of managing staff and an ability to engage and motivate entire teams as well as individual employees. You are skilled at handling challenges with a positive approach and being responsive to different individuals' suggestions, There should be clearly set goals through the improvement work.
In addition to the above, you have experience of working with SAM (systematic work environment management) and have a genuine interest in quality and improvement work.
Your CV should also include the following:
* University education with a focus on technology
* Experience / Training of Lean work
* Experience of working in Microsoft Office, experience of SAP is meritorious
* Swedish and English in speech and writing
