As a machine operator, you will, together with your team, ensure that production runs smoothly and that quality is maintained at every step. In the role, it is important that you enjoy working practically and carefully, as well as being faced with problems that need to be solved quickly. Safety is number one and permeates everything we do. The work involves 5 shifts. The assignments will start continuously and we apply a fixed-term employment of 6 months with the possibility of transitioning to permanent employment. Your work tasks include: - Machine driving - Operation of associated equipment - Light maintenance in your area - Documentation of the process - Continuous improvements - Follow-up and problem analysis Your profile We are looking for you who are motivated and above all interested in working in industry. You have a desire to learn more and to contribute with your skills. You work well with others, are curious, meticulous and take responsibility not only for your own tasks but also for your working environment and that of your colleagues. In addition to this, we see that you have: - Driving license - Good knowledge of English - A few years of experience working in industry is an advantage, but not mandatory It is meritorious if you have a forklift and traver license and if you are used to working with Lean, risk observations and continuous improvements.
