As Maintenance Manager Electrical / Automation, you will lead a team of skilled engineers and work closely with different departments to improve our automation solutions. Here you have the chance to participate in an organization where new ideas and improvement work are in focus.
Develop our electrical and automation maintenance team
The Electrical/Automation engineering team manages maintenance work to ensure the functionality of electrical, instrumentation, network infrastructure and automation. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for developing team members and ensuring that the department operates efficiently and safely.
Your main responsibilities:
- Participate in security efforts, including incident reporting and risk assessments
- Drive preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
- Responsible for the division of labor within the EL/Automation section
- Ensure that the team maintains the necessary training and knowledge level
- Optimize maintenance work and spare parts management
You will report to the Maintenance Manager and be part of the UTM management team.
The position is based in Karlskrona.

In addition to the above, we expect you to have:
- Technical education, preferably at university level.
- Experience in electrical or automation maintenance
- Knowledge of safety regulations and risk assessments
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
