You will lead a highly skilled team of leaders dedicated to production. Developing individuals, processes and organization is a big part of the role. You will lead a team working on a 5-shift schedule, which means that production continues seamlessly around the clock. This requires strategic leadership where you maintain a bird's eye view of the entire business and ensure that all processes are in line with company goals and standards. Your ability to support and motivate your team, while keeping an eye on the big picture, will be essential in developing continuous improvement and maintaining high production standards. You will report to the Head of Production Operation and be part of the Production Operation management team. This position is based in Karlskrona.
